We are seeking an ambitious engineering manager to lead our developer growth engineering team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Manage and mentor a team of full stack software developers
2. Provide the hands on technical leadership
3. Develop and deliver the product roadmap in alignment with business and organizational goals.
4. Encourage and drive engineering best practices, and iterative agile processes.
5. Collaborate with other teams within Ripple and the open source XRPL community.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
2. Overall 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
3. 5+ years of full stack software development experience using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, SQL, Python, Go.
4. 2+ years as a people manager managing a team of 5 or more developers.
5. Solid leadership, cross functional collaboration and communication skills.
6. Preferred: Web3 development experience

For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 

NY Annual Base Salary Range

$180,000—$202,500 USD
