Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer. This role demands a talented individual with a blend of technical and ecosystem knowledge, organizational skills, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving Zero Hash's growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within the fintech and digital asset ecosystem. A deep understanding of the crypto and fintech landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset are essential to foster and sustain high-impact partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, and other relevant entities within web3 to enhance the Zero Hash ecosystem.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners, serving as the primary liaison between them and Zero Hash.
- Onboarding Management: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Zero Hash at industry events, conferences, and webinars, sharing insights and promoting our ecosystem initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal, to align partnership activities with company goals and ensure successful execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of partnership initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and opportunities within the blockchain and digital asset space.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the blockchain or fintech industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, DeFi ecosystems, and the broader digital asset landscape.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred.
