Summary
As a Business Development Intern at Finoa you will be having the opportunity of developing valuable learning experiences to aspiring professionals. Our mission for the Business Development Internship is to offer hands-on training and mentorship to interns, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the competitive world of business development.
In this role, you will:- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis.
- Support the development of business proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to pitch products/services to prospective clients.
- Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.
- Assist in conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide administrative support to the Strategy and Growth Team team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining documentation.
- Participate in team meetings to enhance your understanding of business development strategies and best practices.
What you need to be successful:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not required
