Summary

As Lead Marketing Manager for Germany, you are responsible for Bitpanda’s campaigns and marketing initiatives. Furthermore, with your knowledge of the customers’ demographics and experience in targeted sales tactics, you will introduce Bitpanda to the mass public and drive overall brand awareness. 

What you’ll do 

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on both digital and traditional channels. 
  2. Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to optimise marketing ROI, manage and grow brand awareness through consistent messaging and innovative campaigns. 
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. 
  4. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and key partners. 
  5. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
  6. Provide regular budget reports and forecasts to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Who you are

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an online marketing role and Fluent in German and English 
  2. Strong understanding of the fintech industry
  3. Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns. 
  4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  5. Exceptional project management and organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  6. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
