Role Summary

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure our marketing strategies align with the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to promote our brands, including both long-term plans and short-term campaigns.
  2. Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  3. Oversee the creation of compelling content, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  4. Lead the management and growth of the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  5. Oversee Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, including identifying, collaborating with, and managing relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
  6. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to adjust strategies for optimal results.
  7. Track the ROI of marketing campaigns and provide insights on campaign success, including cost-per-acquisition, customer lifetime value, and engagement rates.
  8. Present regular reports to senior management, highlighting progress on KPIs and recommending adjustments to improve outcomes.
  9. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and alignment with business goals.
  10. Organize and promote exclusive events to engage with high-net-worth clients and create memorable experiences.
  11. Oversee the branding and positioning of our businesses in each competitive market.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and brand partners to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  1. Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Ability to manage and mentor a marketing team or external agencies.
  4. Experience in CRM management and personalized customer marketing strategies.
  5. Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, investment, automotive, or luxury sectors.
  3. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and brand building.
