Summary

What you'll do

1. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces.
2. Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, and video content, that educates and informs our audience.
3. Build and manage our online community across various platforms (Discord, X, Telegram, etc.) to foster relationships and encourage user participation.
4. To plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.) that align with company goals and target audiences.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
6. Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product positioning.
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.
8. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
9. Other related duties and responsibilities may be required from time to time.

Requirements

1. Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech, crypto, or Web3 industries.
3. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem.
4. Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for community building.
6. Strong leadership, project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
