Summary

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for user growth operations to attract new users, active users, and user retention in Indonesia / Malaysia regions.
2. Ideate marketing strategies and plans to grow New Users, Active Users, and Trading volume through branding and communications, KOLs, user growth initiatives, and campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring results.
3. Analyze user data, refine user tags, manage users hierarchically, and perform refined user operations throughout the user journey.
4. Efficiently collaborate with cross-departments (BD, product, branding, etc) to formulate regional growth strategies and plans.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in a cryptocurrency exchange or a blockchain project, is preferred
2. High ownership of data with strong data analytical skills and operational capabilities. Good at driving marketing decisions through data analysis
3. Strong communication with good internal and external coordination. Strong ownership and accountability, self-driven, and an executor
4. Fluent in English
