Summary

Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

What you will do

  1. Ideates, strategizes, plans and executes marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition, adoption and increase CLTV of Coins users
  2. Manages social media, CRM, paid ads and community channels
  3. Conceptualizes and executes promos to grow user base and drive CLTV
  4. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  5. Recommends optimization strategies to improve performance
  6. Analyzes customer behavior, user sentiments and competitor campaigns to inform marketing strategies
  7. Drives public relations initiatives to grow awareness and share of voice of Coins
  8. Liaises with compliance team to ensure that campaigns are align with SEC requirements

What we required from you

  1. Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  2. Experience with the relevant marketing channels and tools (digital, social media, and CRM among others)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
  4. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  5. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  6. Knowledgeable in fintech, web3 and cryptocurrency
