Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that amplify Janus’s impact and reach. You’ll craft powerful campaigns, engage with our community, and drive adoption of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the narrative of a transformative DeFi project.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy: Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, driving brand awareness and user adoption.
2. Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and multimedia assets, that resonate with the crypto and DeFi audience.
3. Community Engagement: Collaborate with our community team to foster vibrant and informed user communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
4. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
5. Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, media outlets, and ecosystem partners to grow Janus’s presence.
6. Events & Spaces: Organize conference participation, host events, and run Twitter Spaces to showcase Janus and engage with the wider crypto community.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in crypto, DeFi, or tech-focused industries.
2. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, stablecoins, and the DeFi landscape.
3. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset for storytelling.
4. Proficiency with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
5. A results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
