Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Fresher Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The motion graphic designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and compelling videos and rich social media posts that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and create motion graphics content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Design and animate graphics, typography, and other visual elements for videos, GIFs, and animations.
• Edit and enhance existing video content to improve visual appeal and storytelling.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all motion graphics projects.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualification:

• Completion of a Multimedia or Animation course from a recognized institution.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of at least either Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design principles, motion graphics, and animation techniques.
• Creative flair and ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative and impactful visual solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for visual storytelling and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
