What you’ll do
- Day-to-day management of investor communication product inputs, including proxy voting, prospectus delivery, corporate actions, and more
- Analyzing complex legal and financial documents and translating them into meaningful insights in an organized manner
- Utilizing and improving monitoring tools and reports to track performance and quality metrics to inform process improvements
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with rules and regulations applicable to Robinhood's operations
- Working with outside parties in an accurate, timely, and professional manner
- Collaborating with team members from product, engineering, sales, and finance to improve operating processes and product development as Robinhood continues to increase efficiency across the investor communications ecosystem

- You have 1+ years of experience in back office operations within financial services or technology
- You are familiar with Proxy Services or Corporate Actions
- You are resourceful and adaptive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- You have strong critical thinking & creative problem solving skills
- You possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients and third parties in a professional, consistent manner
- You have experience with business intelligence and reporting tools like Looker, SQL etc.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$85,000—$100,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$75,000—$88,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)
$66,000—$78,000 USD
