The Position
We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to expand and manage our network of partners across Latim America. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our B2B2C model and ensuring the success of our partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the financial market, and a proven track record in partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners. Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand market reach.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Provide ongoing support and address partner needs and challenges.
- Partnership Performance & Optimization: Track and analyze partnership performance. Develop strategies to enhance partner engagement and optimize partnership ROI.
- Strategic Alignment & Collaboration: Ensure alignment between partner objectives and company goals. Collaborate with internal teams to support partner initiatives.
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and industry developments. Identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial product sales. Experience in Web3, blockchain and Crypto is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of the independent agent model.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to access and engage with independent agent office owners.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Operate in a self-driven fast paced work environment, and be able to adapt quickly to shifting team requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
