Summary
In this role, you will own partnership-driven marketing initiatives end-to-end from identifying high-value partners and overseeing campaign execution to ensuring measurable results and sustained engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including growth, product, content, and community, as well as maintain direct touch points with external stakeholders. Your ultimate success will come from your ability to engage daily with partners (often via Telegram and other communication channels), work seamlessly within a distributed team, and constantly innovate to deliver meaningful value.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy & Management
- Leading partnership marketing across the Web3, blockchain, NFT, Metaverse, and gaming landscapes.
- Develop a systematic approach for evaluating potential partnerships, considering strategic alignment, audience fit, and long-term mutual value.
- Relationship Building & Maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, maintaining ongoing dialogue through Telegram and other platforms.
- Establish trust and foster strong rapport, ensuring partners feel supported, informed, and valued.
- Proactively manage partner expectations, anticipating needs, and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or related roles within the Web3, blockchain, or gaming sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful B2B partnerships that drive measurable results.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to own initiatives from ideation to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust quickly.
