Summary

Please note that Sorare is a hybrid work company; employees are required to be in office 3 days a week. 

 

Responsibilities :

  1. Card Creation Process : Working in close collaboration with the BD, Design, Tech & Product team, you’ll be assisting in managing the card creation process for the 2025/2026 season - including:
  2. Updating data sheets with player information for each partner
  3. Monitoring the transfer window and updating player data sheets daily
  4. Importing player data into our system for card creation
  5. Renaming player pictures upon receipt of retouched images
  6. Creating card samples
  7. Ensuring card design guidelines are properly followed
  8. Identifying and addressing player alignment issues
  9. Exporting card samples
  10. Sharing regular updates with the teams
  11. Asset Management 
  12. Global Inventory : Edit our asset management documentation upon renewals. 
  13. Jersey Management : participate in the jersey deliveries / inventory, stock tracking and internal usage. 
  14. Ticketing and hospitality: Collaborate with the partnership team with the partner ticket allocations, ensuring internal teams have clear visibility on ticket availability and distributing tickets as requested.
  15. Marketing support: Support the partnerships team on marketing projects involving partner materials.  
  16. Additional projects: Occasionally contribute to projects such as royalty reports, administrative tasks, and other related duties.

Profile : 

  1. College student (2nd or 3rd year) in business, sports management, or a related field.
  2. Highly rigorous and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  3. Passionate about football and sports, with a good understanding of the game.
  4. Tech-savvy and proactive, comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and teamwork.
