About the team + role

As the Performance Marketing Manager, International you’ll lead the way we connect with customers to drive acquisition and engagement across our products through performance marketing channels. Though the role will have a heavy emphasis on Google, you will also be responsible for paid social and programmatic channels.

You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, creative, legal and data science to build campaigns, experiments and messaging that increases users and revenue coming from our core products and services. You have a passion for applying a quantitative approach to prioritization and problem solving. You are experienced in hands-on-keyboard channel management work and also are highly analytical with deep understanding of how to drive incremental value.

What you’ll do

  1. Scale our international marketing program, owning all performance strategy and channel management
  2. Develop measurement methodologies to enable us to understand channel-level incrementality and points of diminishing returns
  3. Partner with data science and external measurement vendors to run match market tests and lift studies to understand incremental CPAs and ROAS
  4. Partner with creative and legal teams to develop a rapid creative AB testing process to improve conversion rates
  5. Partner with product marketing teams to build appropriate funnels and user journeys for your channels
  6. Proactively and independently drive a growth agenda that uplevels the user acquisition and revenue driven from channels you own.

What you bring

  1. 4+ years of growth/performance marketing experience in consumer financial services or equivalent experience in a data-driven field
  2. Experience with the Google ads suite across SEM, Youtube, UAC, and Firebase
  3. Analytical mindset and experience setting up and running sophisticated tests including: A/B testing, match market tests, and setting up attribution systems for both online and offline channels.
  4. Results oriented approach - with the humility, drive, and creativity to get it done
  5. Experience with marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation and message testing
  6. Familiarity with SQL

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$136,000—$160,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$120,000—$141,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$106,000—$125,000 USD
