As part of SmartDev’s aggressive growth plan we are looking to expand our development team SmartDev offers tailor-made mobile apps and websites with the most popular frontend and back-end technologies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate with project managers to facilitate and monitor project performance via defined metrics
2. Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
3. Develop document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and update processes for software
4. development and project management
5. Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of
6. complaints
7. Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to
8. management
9. Provide training and support to the quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and
10. core processes
11. Identify & collect best practices, and templates from internal projects and industry to enrich company
12. process best practices
13. Organize training activities to increase awareness and help the delivery team buy into the defined processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
2. Good knowledge of project management, software development process, and software development
3. methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban
4. Experience in process definition, project audit, and improvement in the IT field
5. Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed, able to work independently in a
6. fast paced, changing environment
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills ISO 9001
8. Good English
