As a Program Manager, you'll be a member of Design Operations. We support product design by developing processes and programs that foster teamwork, creativity, efficiency, and job satisfaction. In this role, you will successfully manage and deliver sophisticated product design initiatives, and efficiently prioritize. You will communicate and coordinate across product, design, and engineering at multiple altitudes; storytelling and effective communication is core to your work. You will collaborate with and steer agreement across multiple product and design teams at Roblox.

You Will:

  1. Collaborate, with a flexible toolkit to engage people and teams across the company.
  2. Compose, implement, and document comprehensive and user-friendly processes.
  3. Orchestrate and build team rituals that focus on tracking progress, execution, and communication across the program of work, ensuring teams are on track and work is high quality.
  4. Dedicate yourself to creating products that are safe, inclusive and accessible.
  5. A systems thinker, crafting, championing, coaching, and socializing processes in design and across the company.
  6. Manage complexity and find efficient ways to work.
  7. Manage expectations, and ensure partners have the insights to make decisions.
  8. Innovate and stay on top of industry trends, and proactively creates tools and processes.

You Have

  1. 5+ years of professional experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules and priorities across work streams, ensuring delivery of high-quality design solutions
  2. A track record of supporting creative teams and cross-functional partners
  3. You have worked directly on consumer product delivery
  4. Experience bridging the gap between design, product, and engineering
  5. You have a Bachelor's degree (HCI, Interaction Design, Software Engineering) or equivalent work experience
  6. Deep knowledge of collaboration tools (i.e. figma, lua, jira, confluence or comparable tools)

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$194,690—$245,790 USD
