Summary

Role: Product Designer

Location: Bengaluru, India

You will

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, developers and designers to help define project goals and requirements; analyse empirical data, usability findings, market research, and proven UX principles to rationalise and prioritise these requirements
2. Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, and design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualise and communicate detailed interaction behaviours
3. Help refine the architecture, user interface, and end-to-end experience to improve the customer journeys
4. Present design work to technology, product teams and company leadership for review and feedback 
5. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure designs are aligned with business strategy, compliance and company identity

Requirements 

1. 2+ years of UI/UX design experience at a product-driven company and have related design experience in trade, fintech, or B2B experience would be a plus
2. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field
3. Expert with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
4. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
5. Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as a solid understanding of usability principles and techniques
6. Your portfolio should show your problem solving skills combined with the results and learning in a particular project
7. The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
8. Work between multiple projects effectively while managing timelines and expectations
