The Mission

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with substantial experience in DeFi to play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey of our product. Your expertise will transform complex blockchain technologies into user-friendly, intuitive interfaces. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering seamless, user-centric designs in the dynamic and ever-evolving DeFi space.

The Role

1. Design: Create UX deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, and flow diagrams for global DeFi product.
2. Testing: Conduct usability testing to refine interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
3. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to align design efforts with promotional strategies.
4. Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product solutions.
5. Data-Driven Approach: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and measure success.

Basic Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including 1-2 years in Web3 or DeFi environments.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced or startup settings.
4. A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise in complex systems.
5. Proficiency in designing scalable UI solutions and enabling rapid integration.
6. Ability to work with a decentralized global team across multiple time zones.

1. A solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi.
