Summary

We're looking for a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of user needs and business strategy. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end design process—from deeply understanding user problems to delivering intuitive solutions that drive product adoption and performance. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape features that are not only elegant and accessible but also impactful.

You won’t just be designing screens—you’ll be helping define what we build and why, using data, research, and experimentation to inform your decisions.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

1. Experience: At least 3 years designing digital products end-to-end, with proven impact on product growth or engagement. Experience with Web3 or technical infrastructure products is a big plus.
2. Product Thinking: Strong ability to break down complex problems and design solutions that serve both users and business goals.
3. Portfolio: A portfolio that shows your process from discovery to execution—not just how it looks, but why you designed it that way.
4. UX & Research: Comfort conducting and applying user research, usability testing, and analytics to validate ideas.
5. Tools: Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools. Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design standards.
6. Communication: Able to clearly explain design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Autonomy: Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can take ownership from start to finish.
8. Bonus: Personal interest in crypto and experience using staking platforms or DeFi products.
