Summary

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team. We’re architects of delightful and feature-full experiences and strive to build impactful, valuable, and easy-to-use products. As a Product Designer, we expect you to skillfully utilize your product, interaction, and visual toolkit to build innovative, user-friendly experiences for a diverse, global audience.

In this role, you’ll:

1. Build partnerships with product and engineering to define, create, build, and release new features 
2. Communicate your design concepts via mockups, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
3. Influence product planning, prioritization, and product road mapping.
4. Partner closely with our user research team and support ongoing research and user insights generation.
5. Deliver well-documented hand-off documents to engineering.
6. Develop and expand our product design systems in collaboration with other designers.
7. Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design and company leadership.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

1. 3+ years working experience as a Product Designer
2. Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful experiences to users
3. Excellence and efficiency in using Figma
4. Outstanding visual design aesthetics combined with holistic UX understanding
5. Strong portfolio of past work that showcases using best-in-class interaction and visual design 
6. Solid understanding on how to build scalable, modular designs 
7. Values the importance of over-communication and detail-driven documentation
8. Passion for asking the right question, conducting user research and delving into analytics
9. Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptionally proactive about guiding strategic thinking

Nice to have experience:

1. Successfully shipped B2B SaaS products
2. Have experience with a crypto or Web3 product
3. Impeccable craft and visual design skills
