About the team + role

The Advisor Referral team's mission is to help build a world class platform for investors on Robinhood to find financial advisors best suited for their unique financial needs. This team will build an experience that helps clients meet advisors, onboarding with an advisor, and ultimately get their money managed by them.

As the product manager, you will help define the customer facing experience for this product and partner closely with the team responsible for the RIA custody platform to build out the advisor referral program zero to one.

What you’ll do

1. Leading a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists and marketers to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs.
2. Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers.
3. Delivering delightful consumer experiences that take the uncertainty and fear out of finances.
4. Ensuring products are delivered on time with an extremely high bar for quality of experience.
5. Work closely with other business units to build out this business zero to one.

What you bring

1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
2. 6+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products or marketplace products
3. Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
4. Past experience working with design, user research, and sales in previous roles.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Motivated to self-starter
7. Past experience in fintech, advisory services, or marketplace products.
