Summary

What We Need

1. A proactive and hands-on product manager to own and drive the development of Agentic AI products from concept to launch.
2. Demonstrable hands-on experience developing, managing, or implementing AI agents or related technologies (e.g., autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, LLM-based agents).
3. Strong understanding of AI concepts beyond casual or end-user familiarity, particularly related to agent-based systems.
4. Solid domain knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem.
5. A willingness to work remotely with a globally distributed team of talented engineers, researchers, and industry-leading partners.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Define and champion the mission and vision for assigned Agentic AI products.
2. Develop and execute the product strategy, collaborating with other product managers to align on broader portfolio goals.
3. Deeply understand our users’ needs by using our products, conducting research, and engaging with the community.
4. Create and manage a clear, prioritized roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
5. Work closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, engineers, marketing, and legal to ensure successful product development and launch.
6. Monitor and report on key financial metrics, such as burn rate, revenue projections, and unit economics, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
7. Maintain deep insight into the ecosystems around the blockchains and AI technologies we are helping to build.
8. Demonstrate empathy with developers by writing clear, complete product requirements that enable productive development.

Requirements

1. At least two years of experience in the crypto industry.
2. At least two years of experience working in a product role.
3. Proven experience developing or managing at least one AI agent or autonomous system (e.g., autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, or LLM-based applications).
4. Strong English communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience in software development.
6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

1. Prior involvement in one or more Ethereum L2 blockchains.
2. Basic smart contract development experience.
3. Understanding of the DeFi landscape, including lending protocols, AMMs, perpetuals, and stablecoins.
