About the team + role

The Brokerage team is the core of Robinhood and is responsible for many of our founding products. As a member of this team, you'll be at the epicenter of the action, orchestrating and crafting the very essence of what defines Robinhood.

As the product manager for a new zero-to-one project, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining a new product for Robinhood. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings. You will work closely with a cross-disciplinary team to give our retail traders a cutting edge in the market (Shhh…we’d love to tell you more, but it’s top secret for now).

What you’ll do

  1. Develop strategy, vision & roadmap of how new product for Robinhood transforming how customers trade.
  2. Work with your x-functional partners to define and deliver a new zero to 1 product.
  3. Foster a culture of ambition, learning and iteration through experimentation and thinking big.

What you bring

  1. 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products.
  2. Experience defining and building zero to one products. Bonus points for fintech and/or consumer products experiences.
  3. Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
  4. Experience with using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
