Summary

Product Managers at Robinhood are responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You’ll work with professionals in data, design, engineering and operations to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize finance for all.

As product manager for Fraud Case Management, you’ll be responsible for the development of the internal tooling needed by Customer Trust & Safety (CTS) Operations to do their day to day job..

; you will directly help customers safely transact on the Robinhood platform as they build their financial future! This includes developing specific tools for each CTS operations team, improving the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), adjusting the internal tooling to any new product launch and international expansion effort. Your work will play a key role in achieving company wide OKRs on top of building and maintaining trust with Robinhood’s customers, regulators, and the public.

What you’ll do

  1. Defining Robinhood’s Fraud Case Management vision and priorities.
  2. Creating and implementing the product roadmap.
  3. Implementing foundational services, policies & controls to ensure Robinhood is a trustworthy place for customers to develop their financial activity.
  4. Collaborating with compliance, operations, privacy/security, design, engineering, data science and legal to ship meaningful, high-impact products.
  5. Collaborating with other teams to ensure that stakeholders using services surfaced by the team are well served.
  6. Finding ways to expand the suite of tooling to other use cases across Robinhood.

What you bring

  1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree.
  2. 3+ years experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products.
  3. Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making.
  4. Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy.
  5. Passion for financial products and improving people’s financial lives.
  6. Motivation to be a self-starter.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$140,000—$165,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$123,000—$145,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$110,000—$129,000 USD
