Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated Product Manager to join us in scaling Hexagate, our next-generation blockchain security platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, leading customer calls, and gathering feedback. You will also support Account Executives by providing in-depth technical knowledge and guiding the R&D team to ensure that product delivery aligns with product specifications. Additionally, you will drive product strategy in close collaboration with research, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver exceptional products.

In this role, you will:

1. Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
2. Lead customer calls, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable insights.
3. Support Account Executives by providing expert product knowledge and technical guidance.
4. Guide the R&D team to ensure that product delivery aligns with product specifications.
5. Translate product and business questions into quantitative questions, identify the factors driving our success metrics, and publish monthly reports that the security research team can use to pinpoint areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate effectively with sales engineering and solution architect teams to enhance user experience.
7. Develop new KPIs to track product performance.
8. Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver exceptional products.
9. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform GTM and R&D decisions.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

1. Extensive experience in product management roles, particularly with a Security background and/or blockchain-specific background
2. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline preferred
3. Passion for and excitement about cryptocurrency
4. Technical ability to learn new technologies quickly
5. Ability to code and build scripts in Python, SQL, etc
6. Experience with Figma and collaborating with design teams
7. Accountability, a Just Do It attitude, customer obsession, and the ability to move quickly and with urgency
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
9. A proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products
10. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
