Summary

Product Managers at Robinhood are responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. Youll work with professionals in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations and research to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize finance for all.

As the product manager for Money Platform, youll be responsible for the foundational features & services that all product areas will utilize to ensure safe deposits and withdrawals. Our success is our customers success; you will directly help customers safely invest, engage & transact on the Robinhood platform as they build their financial future! This includes developing different ways of moving money in and out of Robinhood, taking an active role in Robinhood's international expansion, and creating solutions that allow other teams at Robinhood to improve their offerings. Your work will play a key role in building and maintaining trust with Robinhoods customers, regulators, and the public.

What You Will Do

  • Implementing Robinhoods Money Platform vision and priorities across product verticals, partners, and the broader company.
  • You will be responsible for creating and implementing the product roadmap. This means ensuring the team delivers both business oriented roadmap and platform centric roadmap.
  • Implement foundational services, policies & controls to ensure Robinhood is a trustworthy place for customers to move Money in and out.
  • Collaborating with privacy, security, design, engineering, data science, compliance, legal and operations to ship important, high-impact products, features and experiments
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that stakeholders using services surfaced by Money Platform are well served.
  • Finding ways to improve utility of common payment methods, while identifying unique needs specific to product lines and/or geographies.
  • Partnering with the lifecycle marketing and communications teams to evangelize the work Robinhood is doing to provide services to move money in and out of Robinhood.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree
  • 4+ years experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products
  • Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
  • Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy
  • Passion for financial products and improving peoples financial lives
  • Experience with machine learning
  • Experience working on products involving payment methods with a heavy focus on engineering robustness and scalability
  • Experience working in fintech or financial services
  • Experience working with Operations and Customer Success teams

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhoods equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$146,000 - $172,000 USD
