Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for payment products, aligning with company goals and market demands.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in payment products within the crypto industry.
• Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry regulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and user experience.
• Roadmap Development: Define and communicate the product roadmap, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
• User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve the user experience through usability testing, user feedback, and data-driven insights.
• Product Launch: Plan and oversee successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer education.

  Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing payment products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and payment systems (P2P, B2P, B2B).
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovations, with a strong desire to drive the adoption of digital assets in mainstream finance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex market and user insights into actionable product strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency exchanges is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
