Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our teams building our developer platform product. This is a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate across engineering, partnerships and design teams to create the core infrastructure and services that power end-user applications in the Aptos ecosystem. Successful candidates should have proven strengths in strategy, analysis and end-to-end product delivery along with a keen product and commercial mindset. 

What you will be doing:

  1. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our developer platform product 
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, partnerships, and marketing to drive product success and alignment.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  4. Prioritize and manage product features and the product roadmap based on customer & stakeholder feedback, company goals, and technical constraints.
  5. Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive product adoption.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to continuously improve and optimize the product.
  7. Define and execute on a commercial strategy for our developer platform product  

What we are looking for:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of product management experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing developer and enterprise products.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience working on technical products and platforms. You should be comfortable. collaborating closely with engineering teams on highly-technical designs and products. Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and applications is highly preferred.. 
  6. Ability to set the pace, motivate peers and stakeholders, and drive projects forward. 
  7. Commercial mindset, with a proven track record of creating revenue-generating products.

 

The base salary range for this full-time position is $173,800-$222,574. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include equity, tokens, or benefits.
