As a Product Manager for Derivatives, you will be responsible for working on one of our newest business lines, responsible for delivering world-class futures and event contract products to retail traders. We are looking for consumer-focused product leaders who are not afraid of complexity and are excited about reimagining what sophisticated financial products can look like in a consumer-first way. You’ll work with design, engineering, operations, marketing, data, research, and more to bring ideas to life.

What you’ll do
- Leading a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists and marketers to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs.
- Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers.
- Delivering delightful consumer experiences that take the uncertainty and fear out of finances.
- Ensuring products are delivered on time with an extremely high bar for quality of experience.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
- 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products
- Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
- Past experience working with design and UXR in previous roles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Motivated to self-starter
- (Nice to have) Past experience in fintech or trading
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. $146,000—$172,000 USD
