THE WORK:
In 1966, Dee Hock was put in charge of a small Seattle bank's a fledging credit card program. He realized that the real value of the program was the interchange revenue of connecting banks together. For the next 10 years, Dee invested in the painstaking task of bringing banks - often competitors - together in his network. That network became Visa.
This is the entrepreneurial spirit that Ripple is looking for in a product marketing leader who will help build the next generation of financial products.
In this role, you'll drive Ripple's go-to-market strategy for its enterprise product suite focusing on digital asset custody and tokenization use cases.
You're an expert in enterprise product marketing and equally strong as a strategist and a doer. You have a successful track record of leading product launches with financial institutions such as banks, asset managers, and payments networks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for financial institutions. Define target customers, use cases, and geographic markets for Ripple’s institutional product suite.
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging tailored to target customers
- Own account targeting strategies to build pipeline and the sales cycle
- Deeply understand the buyer journey. Develop compelling sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, and website content.
- Develop and lead successful product launches and campaigns.
- Build a trusted network of leaders in financial institutions to accelerate blockchain adoption
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 10+ years of experience in product, product marketing, business development, with a strong emphasis on enterprise marketing to large institutions
- Proven track record to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communications skills in simplifying complex concepts into compelling messaging and differentiated positioning
- Strong writing skills to develop engaging story angles for effective communication

This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$175,000—$225,000 USD
