Job Description
Summary
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will own product marketing, thought leadership, sales enablement, and partner marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a communications pro who understands the DeFi ecosystem, has experience selling to an institutional audience, and loves working on the intersection of TradFi and crypto.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Work closely with the product team to understand and communicate product features and benefits effectively to the target audience.
- Create and manage product launch plans, including coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and produce thought leadership articles that maintain Centrifuge's lead in the tokenization space.
- Create compelling sales enablement materials to support our business development team in engaging and converting institutional clients.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement joint marketing initiatives, including co-branded content, campaigns, and PR efforts.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the DeFi space and tokenization trends.
- Experience simplifying complex topics into easier understand concepts.
- Strong writing and editing abilities with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.
- Proven experience creating content tailored for an institutional audience, with a focus on driving sales and engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
