The Role
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will shape product positioning, drive GTM execution, optimize adoption, and support sales. You’ll work closely with product, sales, UI/UX, and marketing teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with Web3 companies.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Product Messaging & GTM – Define clear positioning, craft compelling storytelling, and lead product launches.
🔹 Sales Enablement & Content – Create pitch decks, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies to drive adoption.
🔹 Growth & Engagement – Optimize SEO, ASO, community engagement, and retention strategies.
🔹 Market Research – Stay ahead of Web3 trends and competitors, refining messaging and strategy.
🔹 UI/UX Collaboration – Actively participate in building personas, defining use cases, and aligning user experience with product messaging.
🔹 Product Roadmaps – Develop and execute marketing plans and roadmaps that support product evolution and adoption.
What You Bring
5+ years in product marketing (B2B, SaaS, Web3, AI, or fintech).
Experience launching and scaling products from 0 to 1.
Hands-on experience in UI/UX collaboration, helping define personas and use cases.
Proven ability to write and execute product marketing plans and roadmaps.
Strong storytelling, content creation, and GTM execution skills.
Analytical mindset with expertise in SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.
Collaboration with sales, product, and UI/UX teams.
Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or DeFi (a plus).
