Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven creator operation strategy to enhance the user experience.
- Build up the sustainable content ecosystem and formulate a detailed operational plan based on data analysis results and ensure the implementation, track and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making adjustments and optimizations as needed.
- Manage the ecosystem-related projects, including project planning, progress tracking, and resource coordination, ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expected quality standards.
- Progress monitoring, regularly report project progress and bottlenecks, proposing solutions to address challenge.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and modeling to identify business issues and optimization opportunities.
- Build statistical and machine learning models to support the formulation and implementation of algorithm strategies.
- Establish quality monitoring systems for algorithms to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product, technical, and operations teams to continuously optimize algorithm strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Over 5-8 years of experience in algorithm development, data analysis, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, capable of deriving business insights from data and providing solutions, preferably proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience in handling and analyzing large-scale data sets is preferred.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with remote global team members.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing fields, particularly within the crypto space.
