Summary
You will play a critical role in partnering with product managers and driving the operational execution of campaigns and feature launches. This position requires a strategic, hands-on operator who can organize complex projects, foster alignment across teams, and ensure flawless execution of both day-to-day activities and high-profile initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, manage campaigns, and enable the delivery of world-class user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Coordinate Execution: Partner with Product Managers (PMs), marketing teams (social, CRM), and operations to deliver campaign assets such as landing pages, in-app banners, and rewards distribution.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Drive cross-functional discussions and keep teams informed of campaign progress, blockers, and results.
- Feature Launches: Organize and oversee operational tasks to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and ready for upcoming feature launches.
- Campaign Organization: Maintain documentation, timelines, and communication channels to facilitate smooth campaign delivery.
- Planning: Support PMs in roadmap organization and planning, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and communicated.
- Business Operations
- Cross-Functional Visibility: Develop tools and frameworks to improve visibility into ongoing initiatives and ensure teams stay aligned.
- Scalability: Build workflows that grow with the organization, enabling smoother product development and campaign execution at scale.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in product and campaign workflows, and implement solutions to improve speed, visibility, and outcomes.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Provide support for banner management, campaign tracking, and ad-hoc operational needs.
- Tool Development: Create and refine operational tools, dashboards, and templates to streamline team collaboration and reporting.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in product operations, workflow optimization, campaign management, or program management roles, ideally in tech or startups.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, balancing priorities and communicating effectively with stakeholders across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with tools like Notion, Jira, and project management software; familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or trading platforms is a bonus but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
