Summary

As a Product Partnerships Manager at Flipster

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Partnerships Manager to join our product team. This role is crucial to our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for assisting in the management and execution of partnership projects. You will work closely with partners to ensure the success of joint initiatives and drive user growth through creative and strategic deal-making.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the end-to-end management of partnership projects in blockchain or web3 space. 
  2. Attend and actively participate in both online and offline meetings with partners.
  3. Understand and contribute to key decision points during partnership discussions.
  4. Ensure that all partnership commitments and project expectations are met and delivered on time.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners.
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for partnership partners, managing communications and expectations both internally and externally. 
  7. Ensure the smooth execution of partnership agreements and initiatives.
  8. Identify and source new partnership opportunities that align with Flipster’s strategic goals.
  9. Utilize creative thinking and business development skills to design exciting and mutually beneficial partnership deal structures.
  10. Negotiate terms and conditions with partners to ensure favorable outcomes for Flipster.
  11. Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet OKRs and drive user growth.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports for external partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Ability to think creatively and strategically to design impactful partnership deals.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Attention to detail in managing project deliverables and timelines.
  8. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  9. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
