Job Description:

1. Manage and oversee LCX Exchange (cryptocurrency exchange) product and growth
2. Project lead and project management leading the development, growth and marketing team.
3. Lead project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
4. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the web3 industry.
6. Monitor and analyze the growth results
7. Work closely with the LCX team to ensure that product activities align with company objectives
8. Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments
9. Must have a passion for the job and love watching the crypto markets.
10. Must be available to work at flexibel times.
11. Must be able to spot opportunities and work closely with the team.
12. Must have a competitive attitude and the eagerness to constantly improve themselves.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency industry
2. Strong understanding of web3, defi and blockchain
3. Having a Business or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance or Economics
4. You always want to follow the market developments, Ability to spot opportunities and capitalize on them 24/7
5. Teamplayer with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
6. Perfect in English. Fluent communication skills in German is a plus.
7. Self-motivated and ability to work independently
