Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Do QA audits per day.
  • Tracks quality updates that will come from client.
  • Publishes a Quality Bits and Pieces job aid for each and every update.
  • Floor support and answers questions from associates.
  • Publishes daily QA report.
  • Reviews all disputes coming from the Supervisor then sends the disputes to the client.
  • Completes a weekly quality huddle with the team that he/she supports.
  • Sends business review quality insights to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Must have the ability to make decisions quickly based on community/platform guidelines and applicable laws.
  • Must have resilience and be mentally prepared to review inappropriate content.
  • Must understand the brand and relate to the sense of urgency to protect the community.
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with the use of digital platforms to review and flag inappropriate content.
  • Above average communication skills
  • At least 1 year of content moderation or related experience.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule (both day and mid shift).
  • Must be willing to work on-site in our office located at Imus, Cavite.
  • College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.
