Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance for all Flipster services (App/Web/BackOffice)
2. Develop verification plans and test cases based on Agile/Squad and perform activities to achieve quality goals
3. Final quality decision making and continuous quality status measurement, improvement and management
4. Enhancement of QA process and quality improvement and improvement of QA capabilities
5. Manual and automated testing for functionality and performance testing

Qualifications

1. Someone with at least 5 years of experience in software testing and QA
2. Someone who has performed QA roles from start to service for one or more App/Web projects
3. Someone with QA experience for products developed in an agile manner and a high level of understanding of the process
4. Experience in improving QA processes and testing methodologies
5. Someone with flexible communication and collaboration skills with development, planning, and design

Preferred

1. Anyone with experience proposing or improving QA processes to fit a service with a fast deployment cycle
2. Someone who can proactively manage the quality of multiple projects and coordinate work according to priorities.
3. Anyone with experience in QA automation using tools such as Selenium and Appium
4. Someone who can work in English
