Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts and support our ambitious growth across global markets. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and excels at building strong pipelines for diverse roles.

Responsibilities

  1. Utilize various methods, such as professional networks, social media, and creative sourcing strategies, to actively identify and engage both passive and active candidates.
  2. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, targeting both traditional and niche candidate pools.
  3. Collaborate with internal hiring managers to discuss and develop effective hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  4. Negotiate job offers to ensure they are competitive and appealing, facilitating a smooth and successful acceptance process.
  5. Keep accurate records and reports of all recruiting activities, including candidate information and hiring metrics, and regularly update hiring teams and other stakeholders.
  6. Participate in employer branding initiatives across multiple platforms, such as Youtube, Linkedin, and blog content, to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
  7. Monitor market intelligence, staying up to date with hiring trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

  1. At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for engineering, business development, and business roles.
  2. Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates into active hires.
  3. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong aptitude for relationship building and effective negotiation.
  4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and a variety of sourcing and recruiting tools.

Preferred

  1. Strong understanding of and experience in the Crypto or IT industries, including current trends and talent demands.
