Summary
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process from selection to interview and ensuring timely communication of information and diversity of recruitment channels.
- Screen the resumes, conduct preliminary communication and interviews with the applicants, and evaluate their suitability for the job requirements.
- Organize and coordinate the interview process, communicate with relevant department heads, arrange interview time, and ensure the smooth progress of the entire interview process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, psychology and other related majors are preferred.
- More than 2 years of recruitment experience in fintech or web 3.
- Have good communication skills, organization and coordination skills, and team spirit.
- Familiar with the recruitment process and have good interview skills and talent assessment capabilities.
- Have keen insight into the market talent situation and be able to flexibly respond to recruitment challenges.
- This is a fully incentive based role.
