Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) position is a high visibility role, working with leaders from around the globe to coordinate their interviews with Gemini. RCs on our team manage the entire candidate coordination lifecycle, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. Our RCs are the candidate's primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process. Candidate experience is key at Gemini, and an RC has an immediate impact on the experience of our candidates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling on-site and virtual interviews and coordinating with Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leadership 
  2. Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work, and communication with candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date 
  3. Entering and tracking candidate information in Gemini applicant tracking system and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information 
  4. Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings 
  5. Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting
  2. Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external customers and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals
  2. Track record of creative problem-solving, excellent written and oral communication skills, and creation of strong and trusted cross-functional relationships

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this role is between $75,000 - $93,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
