Summary

Talent Acquisition Team

We are in charge of domestic as well as global recruitment, and are in charge of recruitment for various positions such as Tech, Finance, Business, and Design.

We support the needs of rapidly growing organizations by constantly communicating with each organization.

In addition to managing the global candidate experience, I also handle recruiting projects that strengthen Flipster's brand. 

Responsibilities

  1. Overall operation and management of the recruitment department (coordination of interview schedules, communication between candidates and interviewers, etc.)
  2. Support for research and sourcing of excellent talent related to the job being recruited
  3. Support for recruitment branding projects and event operations 
  4. Improving and enhancing the recruitment operation process 

Qualifications

  1. Someone with recruiting experience and ATS experience
  2. Someone who can prioritize and flexibly manage tasks and schedules in a growing organization.
  3. Someone who can enhance positive candidate experience based on service mindset
  4. Someone who actively strives to improve and advance recruitment operations
  5. Someone who can actively communicate with various collaborating departments and with an open mind

Preferred

  1. Someone who is fluent in English and can communicate with overseas candidates
  2. Experience in recruiting operations in a fast-growing organization
  3. Anyone interested in human resources and recruiting

Note

  1. This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on subsequent evaluation.
