Summary

We’re looking for an analytical, creative, and driven Regional Marketing Director to join our APAC team at Fireblocks! You’ll work in close collaboration with sales to define and execute region-specific strategies and programs to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion. You will have the opportunity to work closely with and have significant input with all marketing functions.

You’ll spend your time: 

  1. Connecting with all sales teams and business segment leaders and becoming an APAC regional expert with a deep understanding of the key markets, segments, and sales teams’ needs
  2. Defining a strategy and executing the delivery of regional and segment-specific programs to drive awareness, new pipeline, and expansion of business. This includes topical and ABM campaigns, events, webinars, and content.
  3. Monitoring and reporting on program effectiveness, progress, and goal attainment and providing recommendations for optimisation.
  4. Managing and monitoring spend and ROI to ensure budget decisions meet quarterly and yearly targets
  5. Driving the relationship and processes between marketing, BDRs, and sales to ensure productive regional support and revenue generation
  6. Actively participating in sales forecast calls, QBRs, and other events of collaboration.

You’ll bring:

  1. 8+ years of integrated marketing experience in B2B software or cybersecurity industry, proven track record of planning and executing impactful demand generation programs
  2. Experience in financial services, fintech, blockchain, or crypto is preferred
  3. Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented
  4. Self-motivated, with critical attention to detail, creative problem-solving, high collaboration, and uncompromising commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience.
  5. Flexibility, adaptability and the passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
