Regional Sales Directors are servant-leaders dedicated to enabling their team. They're still experts at navigating complex sales cycles, building calculated account plans, and enjoy the thrill of closing a deal.

The Regional Sales Director, LatAm will lead a high-performing sales team across our Latin America market. You’ll be responsible for accurately forecasting your revenue, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and creating an engaging and supportive environment for your team. 

In this role, you will:

  1. Mentor, coach, and lead a successful sales team to exceed their quotas and achieve business objectives
  2. Understand the intricacies of your teams’ sales activity and track the results to inform your forecasts and individual development plans
  3. Upskill your team's ability to drive sales wins by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings
  4. Provide individualized coaching and mentorship to increase your team’s closure rates and decrease customer churn
  5. Develop an effective and efficient strategy for recruiting and onboarding new Account Executives on the sales motion at Chainalysis
  6. Build trust with senior sales leadership by providing accurate and timely forecasts and updates on sales activity, helping to inform overall sales strategy across the business

We are looking for candidates who have:  

  1. Recent experience managing and closing complex software sales within the assigned customers focusing on law enforcement or central government
  2. Experience managing the sales cycle from mission/program manager to agency leadership
  3. A history of scaling and coaching high-performing and diverse sales teams
  4. Experience with either Financial Intelligence, Blockchain or Cyber Security technologies
