Summary
The Remediations team’s mission is to ensure correct and seamless resolutions on customers' accounts based on determinations made by the Fraud Investigations team. This includes handling transaction disputes, processing account corrections and deactivations for confirmed fraud, and recovering negative equity generated by fraud. As Remediations Associate, you will provide critical support in the team's day-to-day functions on a wide range of case types.

What you’ll do
- Ensure timely and correct handling of fraud corrections, deactivations, balance recovery efforts, and disputes in accordance with appropriate regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and escalations throughout all remediations processes.
- Provide support and subject matter expertise to internal cross-functional teams (may include leading training sessions).
- Conduct thorough case analysis, applying logical problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve issues efficiently.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills with the ability to analyze and articulate complex issues clearly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to show empathy when working with customers during high-stress situations.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for case management.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
