Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct due diligence on new decentralised networks and evaluate the business viability of operating nodes on them. 
2. Deeply understand the networks we run and practically explore how we can further improve our infrastructure's performance. 
3. Engage publicly in priority ecosystems, building your network, presenting our research, and highlighting promising opportunities to the team.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate:

1. Results-oriented, self-directed, organized, and practically-minded.
2. Holds a degree from a respected university and has previous experience working in a demanding environment.
3. Has 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a blockchain research role or a comparable record of private projects. 
4. Enthusiastic about learning and teaching on topics such as economic security, MEV, and consensus algorithms.
