Summary

What You Will Do

1. Accounts Receivable Management:
2. Generate and send out invoices to customers;
3. Ensure all invoices are recorded accurately in the accounting system;
4. Review and keep track of all invoices and credit memos;
5. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities;
6. Follow up on late payments, collect and apply payments to invoices;
7. Calculate Bad Debt Reserve;
8. Month and Quarter-end close:
9. Perform accounts receivable and other reconciliations;
10. Process journal entries and adjustments to general ledger entries.
11. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams on invoicing-related matters;
12. Other:
13. Assist in gathering support for financial audits and provide required documentation;
14. Prepare and maintain schedules for deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, and other related accounts for smaller entities.
15. System Requirements:
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to perform vlookups, pivot tables, etc).

Would Be Great If You Brought This To The Role

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
2. Genuine interest in crypto;
3. Proficiency in NetSuite;
4. Ability to be a team player;
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
6. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and 1+ years of experience in the month-end close and invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes;
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment;
9. Confidence, good judgment, energy, and positive work attitude.
