Summary

We’re looking for a Risk Manager to join our Risk & Audit team to lead and maintain the development and execution of Risk Strategies aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  1. Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across various departments and business units to ensure proactive risk mitigation.
  2. Conduct risk assessments by analyzing data and evaluating the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks on business operations.
  3. Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to strengthen risk controls across the organization.
  4. Design, implement, and oversee internal controls to mitigate operational risks and enhance process efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Finance, Compliance, IT, and HR, to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
  6. Continuously monitor existing risks and identify emerging risks arising from business changes, regulatory updates, or market conditions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management best practices to ensure full regulatory alignment.
  8. Lead incident response efforts for operational disruptions, security breaches, system failures, or workplace incidents, ensuring swift resolution and mitigation.
  9. Investigate and analyze risk incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures.
  10. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
  11. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the risk management framework, integrating data-driven insights and innovative risk methodologies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Law.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Risk Management within financial institutions.
  3. Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, regulatory compliance, and operational risk frameworks.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a structured, organized manner.
  7. CRMP certification is a plus.
