Job Description

Summary

Main tasks:

  1. Communication with the customer
  2. Contact with Sales department for respective customer or customer group
  3. Preparation and creation of offers and sales-side support of change management
  4. Product support (series development, series launch, series production, series phase-out, spare parts) in cooperation with LCM Specialists/Engineering/Technical Dpt.
  5. Processing of customer orders, payment plan tracking, order billing
  6. Implementation of customer contract changes
  7. Coordination of warranty processing

Requirements:

  1. University diploma, technical degree is an advantage
  2. 2-3 years’ experience in similar departments Sales/Sales administration/ Finance/Purchasing/ Controlling
  3. Experience in automotive is an advantage
  4. English very good communication skills, German is an advantage
  5. SAP, MS Office
